Add Garter Belt Variant (CleverRaven#76704)

* Add Garter Belt Variant Colors that added mainly RGB and CYMK but some other color are added based on whats available on stocking variant. Not adding too much and mainly only on RGB and CYMK to prevent bloating and watering down the loot pool. * Update data/json/items/armor/undergarment.json --------- Co-authored-by: Maleclypse <[email protected]>
