Neurocat

Neurocat is a end-to-end fMRI analysis toolbox. She contains the following features:

1. Minimal input, but everything in control and reasonably

2. YAML file to store arguments, the default is often acceptable

install

git clone [email protected]:yusaiwen/neurocat.git

Edit install/install.yml and run ./install.sh

Caution:

• Don't just attach sudo mode like: sudo ./install.sh;

• Give sudo mode in the middle of installation.

• The installation software if you gave the right mode.
