Added python scripts that generates the logical error rates with respect to max_tree_size and max_half_weight for code capacity and circuit level noise at various code distances.
Added a jupyter notebook plotting the generated data with explanations and labels.
Plotted the heatmap of logical error rate with respect to max_tree_size and max_half_weight
Plotted logical error rate against max_tree_size with fixed max_half_weight = 128.
