Первая часть задачи про то чтобы сделать копирование данных между диск-агентами напрямую.
Здесь сделано новое сообщение, которое умеют обрабатывать все типы нереплицированных партишенов, где они отвечают в какой девайс попадает данный диапазон. Если таких девайсов несколько (диапаон на границе двух устройств), или сейчас невозможно читать из конкретного девайса, так как идет синхронизация, то отвечают E_ABORTED.
