ThetisSkinMaker: A program that creates skins to be used by OpenHPSDR Thetis

NOTE: This is my first Windows application and there's probably more than a few bugs. Use at your own risk.

To use this application:

• Click on the "ThetisSkinMaker.exe" text below to download the application. Save it to an appropriate location.
• In the File Explorer, navigate to the aforementioned location and double click on the file.
• If you get a message saying "Windows Protected Your PC", you can safely ignore it: click on the "More info" text and click on "Run Anyways".
