LED Scaffold (v1)

First attempt at usable LED scaffold mechanism. The beams are designed for 1mm thick PCBs. The connection to the surrounding ring is made using 5mm M1.6 DIN912 screws and M1.6 DIN934 nuts.

Note that the scaffold-complete.blend file may still contain minor issues (non-flat faces, etc.), but these are resolved in the production files for individual parts.
