I noticed a few of these were missing compared to what I have in
/usr/include/X11/XF86keysym.h
(Arch Linux, xproto 7.0.28).The file says it is generated from somewhere, but I couldn't find out what is used to do that (I manually added in the missing lines). For future reference, what is used to generate these files?
