discount hack

I have a hack for simplecart that allows the user to define a discount as percentage, the percentage is then applied to the total before shipping. Works pretty much like defining a custom function for shipping.

You guys want it? Although it seems to work fine, I'd prefer someone that knows the code took a look. Also it would be nice to be able to do class="simplecart_discount" to get the number back.
