Release 1.6.5

Fixes an issue where the length of pilot data could be incorrectly calculated when performing serdes operations, causing save corruption.

This should fix save corruption issues reported with 1.6.4 without undoing the other fix around pilots that causes 1.6.3 to fail to load saves.

• Adds new mechs from DLC 5
• Fix for missing set property parser (cause of some saves failing to load)
• Fix for pilot name parser breaking...again (cause of some other saves failing to load)

Adds new mechs and weapons from DLC-3 & DLC-4

Note: I am aware of some reported failures to load saves but I am unable to replicate, please attached the failing save to any issue reports so that I can dig in further to the issue.

Add support for kestrel lancers DLC, quick fix for mod scan not being able to complete when a v8 pak file is present (simply skip that pak and continue), full fix may come later
