Add RNS Rootstock name service

Description

This PR adds RNS support to wigwam wallet. Users will be able to resolve .rsk names on Rootstock network to easily find and locate addresses in the wallet.

RNS service: https://manager.rns.rifos.org/

Note: RNS is a name service similiar to ens on Rootstock network.
https://dev.rootstock.io/rif/rns/

How to test

1. Setup wigwam wallet
2. Select Rootstock network
3. On send screen put any .rsk name like: alepc.rsk
4. The field will automatically resolve to address
