Mirror plot: observed vs predicted spectra

Step 1: select a row of interest to visualize:

Step 2: click the "Tools" menu in the bottom of the main panel and then click "Check spectrum" menu:

Step 3: click the "Add" menu in the bottom of the main panel and then click "Import predicted" menu:

Step 4: select a spectrum prediction model to use:

Precursor charge setting is not needed to change in most cases.

Step 5: A mirror plot will be shown after click the "Submit" button:

The top panel in the plot shows the observed spectrum while the bottom panel shows the predicted spectrum using the model selected in step 4.

Step 6 (optional): Export the mirror plot in PNG, TIFF or PDF format:
