Allow option to import and export settings for Organization Wide Use

It would be nice to copy the full list of tabs including their reference link. In this way tabs settings can be shared across an organization.
Would potentially also solve Allow reordering #5 if one can alter the export of the extension

This would be great as an import/export feature. As a consultant, I occasionally have to use different laptops, and it's a pain to have to set it up with all of the links every time.
