Pushed existing MSDN Code Gallery submissions for cleaned up legacy DirectX SDK samples's to GitHub. See this blog post.

All these samples build with VS 2012, and can be easily upgraded in place to build with VS 2013 or VS 2015.

Makes use of the March 27, 2015 release of DirectXTex and DirectX Tool Kit, and the April 20, 2015 hot fixed release of DXUT.
