Backported to 1.7.10 - which should also work on versions up until 1.11.2, but I haven't tested it.
Tweaked the colours for LootTweaker and tech mods to make them consistent across versions.
Renamed all the files & versions to make things more consistent.
Added support for IC2, Thaumcraft, and ProjectE.
