I needed this project to be installable to fix an error like
CMake Error: install(EXPORT "xxxxTargets" ...) includes target "xxxx" which requires target "csv" that is not in any export set.Additionally formatted main CMakeLists.txt with cmake-format.
Also I would consider to have an unique project name, but that's another story...
