App to discovery IP to internet connection without restrictions

TODO-LIST:

• Create option to export results (Free, Blocked, Etc)
• Create option to use one of the Free Ips
• Create option to restore network adapter
• Create intelligence to use initial and final IP block. EG: Ex: 172.16.0.12-50; 172.16.0.80-91 - The search will be made from ip 12 to 50 and from 80 to 91.
• Create view to discovery machine's name from IP

Requirements:

• Windows;
• Java 8;
• Be executed as Admin;
