This PR introduces a new Privacy Policy page for the application, following the required legal standards and design guidelines.

Changes:

  • Added PrivacyPolicy.js component with a detailed privacy policy.
  • Implemented responsive styling for the Privacy Policy page, matching the main app's design.
  • Integrated theme-based styling for dark and light modes.
  • Added transitions for smooth background and text color changes.
  • Applied consistent padding and layout for optimal readability on both desktop and mobile views.
