Bug Fixes and Further Restructuring

The Landing Page restructuring was incremented in this release, eliminating further server-side errors.

Other fixes:

• GA tweaks
• minor update to POD-to-NERDm conversion to support more robust testing
• package dependency security vulnerabilities addressed
