Welcome to the Karma Wiki. On October 4 2013 we changed our repo from Web-Karma-Public to Web-Karma. Here you will find information about installing and using Karma. Technical information (publications, videos, applications) is on our research web site http://www.isi.edu/integration/karma/

Karma needs Maven 3.0 and Java 1.7, download from http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/index.html

The normal Karma workflow:

1. Configure Karma: setup your ontologies and other settings Configuration
2. Import your data Importing Data
3. Clean it and normalize it Transforming Data
4. Model it so the system understands your data Modeling Data
5. Get additional help to work with geospatial data Working with Geospatial Data
6. Publish it in the structure appropriate for your analysis Publishing Data
7. Automate the process so you can ran it repeatedly in large datasets Batch Mode
