• Import metadata rake task
• bundle exec rake import:metadata[lib/data/seed/oceanplus-library-22Aug2019-global.csv,global]
• bundle exec rake import:metadata[lib/data/seed/oceanplus-library-18Sep2019-regional.csv,regional]
• Check logs to see any errors
