Here are some notes for webinars software
The goal was to show a prerecorded video and do live Q&A (with camera)

- I used GNU/Linux Ubuntu 20.10 on X11, Firefox 83
- built custom OBS to enable v4l2loopback
- unplugged real webcam
- modprobe -v v4l2loopback
- plugged real webcam
- start obs
- obs / create scene : window capture (I captured Firefox window set as fullscreen)
- optionally add some text, , add videocapture (real camera)
- obs/ desktop audio : -8.5 db & mic/aux : -2.2 db
- firefox/ show content (i played an existing video from peertube in Firefox)
- PulseAudio Volume/ Obs Monitor : not muted, not locked , 110%
Then I start an other Firefox instance to join the WebRTC conference (ie: jitsi)
- camera to share : "dummy video device 0x0000"
- microphone to share : "Monitor of Builtin Audio analog stereo"
