Synchronisation of the two videos by analysing the audio. Analyse of the final cam.mov and the slide.mov and regenerate them with same begining and end.
Call now functions and no more a script. more mudular. Add logs if any errors occurs
faster to not rencode the video tempFile, just cut them.
Add "return" to stop faster if an error occurs + Delete the audio file
