Where has this list of hostnames come from?

1. It feels pretty extensive and includes some hostnames i wouldn't think are good ideas to try and cache such as:
   tv.apple.com
   weather.com
   www.apple.com
   time.apple.com

2. All our experience to date with apple update caching has been that it always uses https and therefore is not a suitable candidate for caching anyway see for e.g apple #191

Have you been able to verify http (i.e none encrypted downloads against all of these hostnames?
