Add tools to ensure proper data collection at lake day

We need tools such as real time graphs to ensure the data we are collecting is valid and useful. We are very short on time and we can't afford the lost time if we mess up. These tools and data collection methods should be well thought through and tested before the 24th.

I'm looking into pythons matplotlib right now to see if this could help.

To be more clear I am currently looking into using matplotlib to plot data such as wrenches, thrust values, errors, ect. against time. I would set up a 10 or so second window to view this data live. I am open to other ideas.
