Without strict need to declare removing gnome-software-rpm-ostree package in main image.
So makes modifications related to Gnome Software unified here.

Our current method to remove ostree support from gnome software is to remove/exclude the package: gnome-software-rpm-ostree.

I think this is cleaner than patching the Gnome Software build, even if we have to patch to remove DKMS.

After realizing that we already remove gnome-software-rpm-ostree in silverblue-main image, I agree this is fine to merge.
