Without need to declare removing `gnome-rpm-ostree` package in `main` image. So makes modifications related to Gnome Software unified here.

Our current method to remove ostree support from gnome software is to remove/exclude the package: I think this is cleaner than patching the Gnome Software build, even if we have to patch to remove DKMS. |
