#484 adds a team-refresh based approach to managing drive permissions. This is not very desirable (see #490), so hopefully we can trigger a sync when a user edits their email:

  1. look for all teams user is in
  2. sync permission states for all those teams

For now, we require an admin to trigger a /rocket refresh for invites to send.
