Updated Scripts

This is the first release of the scripts used on the library metric comparison website. This includes using the github API for popularity (instead of BOA). It also includes calculating trends and finding the license used by each library.

This release corresponds to the artifact specified in the PROMISE 2018 paper "An Empirical Study of Metric-based Comparisons of Software Libraries".
