Add statistical analysis and cumulative aggregation

• Adds a function to cumulatively aggregate temporal rollouts from metric dataframes (this is a generalization of the already existing apebench.aggregate_gmean)
• Add a function to compute paired pvalues from t-tests to support statistical analysis
• Adds an example notebook that makes usage of this
