Fix eslint ignore

[zenlex]

It's not ignoring built files like we expect it to (dist folder being the main culprit). We've fixed the pipeline issue for now by linting before build instead of after but those jobs should be idempotent ideally so they could be run in parallel and/or locally after a build had occurred.
