Add Hack-night Page Copy

Currently the hack-night branch just has filler text. To ship it, we'll need at least:

• Hero copy for the main hack-night page ("above the fold")
• Copy that outlines/hypes up the specifics about our next hack-night event
• A list of resources for contributors including, such as:
  • Generally useful resources for participating in hack-night
  • Some "Pre-reading" material specific to the event

Somewhere in there, we'll probably want to point to some research material about voting systems, including previous art and common pitfalls.

There's no need to worry about integrating the copy with the website just yet, as the branch for that page has not yet been merged. A simple markdown file would do just fine until then :)
