This folder contains individual-level data for N=26 participant, each stored in a separate folder named after the participant ID (PID). The folder "ambient" contains the txt files and reports from the environmental light logger (ActLumus) placed on the rooftop of the laboratory, which measured data with a temporal frequency of 30 seconds. Furthermore, the xlxs file "cyepi_amb_schedule" contains, for every calendar week in which participants took part in the experiment, timestamps for when the experimenter cleaned the set-up and related comments.
This folder contains R scripts to pre-process the data, specifically to clean the wear log data, and integrate it with the light logger dataset using LightLogR.
Contains R scripts to import data from the ActLumus light logger (import_LL), the ActTrust2 actimeter (import_activity), use of black bag to log non-wear time (import_blackbag) and the Wear log questionnaire (importwearlog).
Contains R script to clean the sleep diary data (sleep_qualitycheck) and the wear log data (wearlog_qualitychecks) as well as fusing the wear log data with the light logger dataset (wearlog_LL_fusion).
This folder contains codebooks for all questionnaires administered to participants throughout the experiments. The codebook explains how, in each questionnaire, participants' answers were coded.
