test result: FAILED. 608 passed; 22 failed; 77 ignored; 0 measured; 0 filtered out; finished in 940.01s

error: test failed, to rerun pass `-p sudo-compliance-tests --lib`

Part of #869

This makes it work on systems where true is in /usr/bin as well as make
it test what it is supposed to test on systems where /bin is a symlink
to /usr/bin.
FreeBSD doesn't have pam_env.
It doesn't exist on FreeBSD.
