Removed checking for supported features for entities as it was working inconsistently for groups and not at all in later versions of home assistant.
With this version lights will default to toggle, meaning 'mode: brightness' has to be set in config.
Somewhat annoying but at least it's consistent!
Added support for device tracker, renders the same as sensors.
Added support for setting text color.
