This is the @platform, where YOU own the data.

Priv@teFit

Priv@teFit is an open-source private wellness app that allows consumers to share health data with each other through a peer-to-peer encrypted connection built on the @platform. Born at HackPrinceton 2021 and created by Raheem Idowu, and Michelle Liu. This project originated as a winning project from the hackathon. Priv@teFit hopes to offer features like:

  1. Message your health community polymorphically, with your fitness trainer, your workout pals, and your healthy diet friends.
  • Share your fitness trainer data that only he or she can view.
  • Share your fitness routine data that only certain friends can view.
  • Share your diet plan data only with a few trusted pals.
  1. Privately monitor your daily activity, sports and workout routine, and calories.
  • Retract that data and info when you want.
  • Modify that data and info when you want.
  1. Reason over your own data without Big Data companies getting access or forcing you down AI paths that just don’t fit who you really are.

@ What’s the @platform?

🦦 Get Started

  1. Fork this repository before getting started with the code and create your own branch to contribute.

-- PLEASE DON'T MAKE PRs DIRECT TO MASTER BRANCH!!

  1. If this is your first time here, we strongly recommend navigating through our Getting Started page. There, you will find all of the steps you will need to take in order to start developing your very own @platform application.

Note: - If you’d like to see what an @platform application looks like, feel free to visit our Sample Apps page! Here, you will find a list of demonstrative applications showing off the many verbs/methods that exist on the @platform. The most basic of this list is ‘at_hello_world’ and the most advanced are ‘at_cookbook’ and ‘@mosphere’

  1. You can check our Contributing Guide for guidelines and details on contribution to the atsign foundation and our application architecture.
