  • improving development documentations structure, sections and wording and add some missing pieces.

Nice and thank you for the changes!
I guess we could also move some md files from the misc folder which are related to development here
Btw all documentation should be re-organized because we have main documentation at project root and specific documentation in each pallet so it s kind of messy
But for the scope of this PR it seems ok for now
