(Suggestion) Option to disable notifications

Could you please offer a way to turn off the notifications about overdue tasks? I appreciate the concept behind this plugin, but too many unrelated tasks are being included in these notifications. I do not need this feature in my code editor.

Added notification system, now u can prefer which notifications to see

@theexplay I got around to testing this finally! For some reason, even when I set this to disabled. I am still prompted with the notifications each time I open up vscode?
