* Adjustments to Theseus Requisitions

Moves crates to more ergonomic positions (Aka not blocking doors), changes floor paneling, makes the top side look less mismatched, among other bug fixes.

* Recharger box and Weapon crates really shouldn't be in a access-locked area.

* Crate position adjustments for Ops vendor.
