Terms & Conditions Manager

Terms & Conditions Manager is used for several areas in the Portal that needs for users to accept the T&C before they can start using the areas. We need a way to define multiple T&C and have a user accept them before they can access the respective pages.

This feature adds a way to define multiple T&C and the context which they block. Once the user accepts the respective T&C the context becomes available to him.
