add a script to generate cli-reference doc, add a script to update aspect docs components

• add a new "cli-reference" page, generated by teambit/bit with all commands available and their descriptions and options.
• add a new npm script to auto-generate the cli-reference.md file using bit cli generate command.
• import aspect docs components instead of installing them so then Docusaurus shows the table of content. (this workaround is needed due to this issue: TOC does not work when importing one MDX into another facebook/docusaurus#3915)
