Default, this gem generates ActiveModel::Serializer class.

class RepositorySerializer < ActiveModel::Serializer

  def owner
    UserSerializer.new(object.user)
  end

  def slug
    type_check(:slug, [String])
    object.slug
  end

  private

  def type_check(name, types)
    raise "Field type is invalid. #{name}" unless types.include?(object.send(name).class)
  end
end

Use original template

If you wants to generate from other template with ERB.
You can specify it with cli option.

Write original template.

  attr_accessor <%= @schema.properties.map{ |p| ":#{p.name}" }.join(', ') %>

  def intiialize(args)
    <%- @schema.properties.each do |p| -%>
    <%= "@#{p.name} = args[:#{p.name}]" %>
    <%- end -%>
  end
end

Generate with --template option.

$ openapi2ruby generate path/to/link-example.yaml \
  --template path/to/original_template.rb.erb \
  --out ./
class Repository
  attr_accessor :slug, :owner

  def intiialize(args)
