Skipped a few version numbers on GitHub...

Improvements in this version:

• Section headings are redefined using the titlesec package (cleaner than overwriting the raw TeX macros)
• Fixed issue #1 (broken compilation with natbib)
• Version number stamped in PDF metadata
• More complete .gitignore file

Just created a release with the contents in its actual state.
