@tobyhodges , many thanks for drafting the Lesson Program Committee Charter and sharing it with us for review. I created a new branch (vhmcck-patch-1) with my edits. Let me know if anything needs further clarification. I did not manage to insert the link with the URL to RAPID® Bain's tool as I intended, but I know everything else looks good on your end. Main points: - Description/Problem Statement: "Community leadership" needs to be defined. - Proposed strategy for establishing a decision-making process (to be discussed in the upcoming initial meeting). - Preferred communication channel is also to be determined in the upcoming initial meeting.
