FRONT-765 Manage the refused AH use case in the account activation

Specifications :

  • When an account holder has been refused by the compliance he should this in the web banking (condition: AccountHolderVerificationStatus:Refused)
    • typo : It shouldn't say "action required" in the left bottom of the screen
