Purpose
I noticed that the
package-lock.jsonfile contained references to thepackages/*-templatefiles, which have been moved totemplates/*-template. This is a known bug innpm(npm/cli#5463).Approach and changes
package-lock.jsonfile. This upgraded it from lock file version 2 to 3, removed the obsolete references, and upgraded all dependencies within their allowed version rangeDefinition of done
