Whenever I want to edit the category type, I can't change it. It's grayed out. Even when I want to create a category, I can't type chat from "Applications". I am the owner of a team and for some reason I can't change the teams to send messages to.

I have tried republishing the app.
Even after adding a new category straight to the database and changing to department there, nothing changed.

The package is PromptBuddy_1_0_3_1.

I am seeing the same problem described above.

Same issue for me.

I've done some additional research on the issue and discovered that the code includes a validation step to ensure notifications are activated in the settings.
I'm curious about the rationale behind this validation, as it seems unnecessary to me.

When notifications are turned on, you'll have the option to choose a category, and it won't be shown as disabled. I hope this information is useful.

@ndocosta thank you for your feedback. Turning on the notification realy does help.

What about if we don't want to enable the notifications? It does not help tbh

We're looking at this and added it to our backlog. Thanks to all of you who engage here 💗

PS. @TomasBrozek-o365 - The recent release (1.5.0.0) has many improvements incl. Czech UI verified by native speakers. (I noticed on your screenshot that you likely use Czech).

@ndocosta - Thanks for providing Prompt Buddy Admins/Managers with the "workaround".
We will revisit our rationale here 😊
