- Upgrade GitHub Actions Packages to latest versions
- Upgrade from Ubuntu 21.10 to Debian 12 (Ubuntu 24+ does not build dockerdoom correctly)
- Upgrade to Golang 1.23
- Minor Kustomization improvements.
