Fixed bug introduced in previous version when the blacklisting option is not used.

Now supports removal of individuals from the VCF file via user-provided text file.

Options for filtering have been added or modified. The MAF filter now operates in VCFtools instead of PLINK. Also, PLINK will now output a structure-formatted file of the final filtered SNP dataset.
