Import of files:

• Serial number no longer necessary for importing files without serial number in header, instead a warning will now be displayed.
• Default serial number is NA

Calibration:

• Data of devices for which no calibration data exists or for which the serial number is unknown, will now be calibrated with average calibration factors. A warning will be displayed.
• Added new binary variable "device_cal", indicating whether calibration was performed with device-specific calibration factors (--> 1) or average calibration factors (--> 0).
