Ah. I see that the prettier config changed after I initiated this PR. Had to update my branch and redo the format to align with that change. |

This is a plugin that adds mouse scroll wheel functionality on the Scene page. While hovering the mouse on the left side of the video player, scrolling the mouse wheel adjusts volume up/down. While hovering the mouse over the right side of the video player, scrolling the mouse wheel adjusts the current time forward/back.
I'm sure there's probably not a ton of demand for something like this, but a different organizer that I used previously had this feature and I wanted to replicate it in Stash.
