Adds a new way to debug the state of the parsed files.
Includes a fix for a nasty bug. In the scalametaparser.mjs, I was concatenating the request body chunks incorrectly that would manifest bizarrely as a filename having the presence of a comma. This only involved linux / CI where presumably the networking code on linux handles chunk sizes differently for HTTP requests.
